Hey guys, welcome to the official Tanya Salama Interiors Blog!
Fair warning, I am totally new to the blogging world but am definitely giving this a shot! (Advice is always welcome) Blogs allow people to express who they are and allow their audience to get to know them.
So without further a due; here is a little glimpse into who I am.
My name is Tanya, duh, and I am an interior designer based in New York. I have spent the last 8 years studying and working with the best architects and designers in the industry and I have finally decided to take the next step and open my own design studio. Woohoo!!
To say this was not easy is an understatement. But I had been blessed with getting the opportunity to gain experiences and build networks most designers my age don’t get until they are much older, and for that I am beyond grateful.
Being a young designer is probably the coolest thing ever. I get to bring clients a fresh perspective on design and play around with some of the techiest software to illustrate my ideas. I meet new people every day and build relationships I will cherish forever. I am always looking for ways to challenge my mind and think of creative designs that are outside most clients comfort zones, and it is honestly the most fun a girl can have! 😉
All jokes and light heartedness aside, it is hard work. But I love every second of it and I am so very excited to begin this new chapter in my career!
